TRANSFORMATIONS

The photos in this gallery were taken with Polaroid SX 70 film. Once the images were created, the emulsions that lie just beneath the surface of the clear plastic coating were manipulated using hard edged tools and a jeweler’s loupe. Once the Polaroid photo has been taken there is approximately a one-hour window before the emulsions harden and set. The images were then digitally enhanced for the final desired artistic result. They are sold in limited editions of 25, signed and numbered on the front. The copyright watermark is removed prior to printing. Each image is printed on 8.5 X 11-inch acid-free card stock.
